About the Business Development Associate Role
T&S, a growing B2B service provider in the GCC specializing in corporate business and digital solutions, is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate. This customer-centric role is crucial for achieving business objectives by cultivating and nurturing the Certified Partner ecosystem. The position is based in Saudi Arabia, with opportunities available in Abha, Jeddah, and Dammam.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a consistently positive customer and partner experience across all interactions.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and oversee the implementation of organizational programs and policies with partners.
- Plan and execute lead generation activities and events in collaboration with partners to acquire new customers.
- Establish and maintain a periodic review cadence with partners to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of each partner's business operations, customer profiles, and market positioning.
- Publish regular work-related updates to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Actively monitor and gather information on competitors and their activities within the market.
- Maintain a strong awareness of market trends and dynamics within the operating segment.
- Be willing to travel to outskirts markets beyond the primary work location to support business development efforts.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in IT Sales and Partner Management.
- Proven track record in proactive lead generation techniques.
- Prior exposure to IT hardware distribution or partner management.
- Foundational accounting knowledge.
- A fair understanding of B2B purchasing behavior and SME operations.
- A good understanding of the organization's policies and processes related to customers and partners.
