We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to oversee the operations of the Qiwa physical branch in Dammam. You will ensure the quality of service delivery to clients while achieving the platform’s objectives of enhancing operational efficiency and improving user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the branch and ensure workflow aligns with approved policies and procedures.
- Manage the branch team, including administrative and customer service staff.
- Coordinate with Finance and Administration to meet operational needs.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to senior management, including key performance indicators.
- Analyze system data and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback to improve service quality.
- Ensure compliance with regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management.
- 6-8 years of experience in Customer Care, Operations, or a similar field.
