About the Customer Care Agent Role

Al Jazirah Vehicles Agencies Co. Ltd. (AJVA) is seeking a Customer Care Agent to join our team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time position is integral to providing professional, high-quality customer service and ensuring client satisfaction across various communication channels.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of the Customer Care Agent is to deliver a professional, front-line customer-focused telephone service to all AJVA customers. This encompasses addressing queries, managing complaints, troubleshooting problems, providing product information, and performing telephonic and internet sales functions, all while operating within AJVA’s established policies, procedures, and objectives to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations related to customer interactions to ensure continuity of service.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for all customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and maximum satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through phone calls, emails, and social media to support sustained sales and revenue.
• Handle all customer calls and complaints promptly and resolve them within AJVA’s agreed policies and standards.
• Record and maintain comprehensive customer information and feedback in the CRM system, forwarding urgent queries to the concerned departments.
• Coordinate and follow up with internal departments to ensure timely feedback on customer concerns and queries.
• Support and execute "Guaranteeing Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty" programs as per defined AJVA and FORD standards.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, focusing on business process enhancement, cost reduction, and productivity.
• Assist in preparing timely and accurate reports for the connection center to meet company and departmental requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School Certificate is required, with a diploma in Sales, Marketing, or any other related field preferred.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in a related field or industry.

Adherence to Standards and Policies

The successful candidate will be expected to follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls is also essential to maintain a healthy and safe work environment.
