2P Perfect Presentation is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to join our team. This full-time role is based in Dammam, Eastern region, and is integral to ensuring a high-quality customer journey across all interactions.

Role Overview

The Customer Service role is responsible for delivering a high-quality customer journey across multiple touchpoints. This position focuses on understanding customer needs, efficiently resolving inquiries, and actively improving overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable to various customer service channels and operational requirements, supporting internal teams to maintain a consistent and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and feedback through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, social media, and in-person interactions.
  • Ensure the timely and professional resolution of customer issues and complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience outcomes.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and provide constructive suggestions for service improvement.
  • Support initiatives focused on customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and quality guidelines.
  • Contribute to reporting and tracking customer satisfaction and service performance metrics.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 years of experience in customer service, customer experience, or related roles.
  • Any educational background is considered, provided there is relevant experience in customer service or customer experience.

Work Setting
