Duty Manager

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee hotel operations in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves managing daily functions and ensuring a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience in hospitality management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily hotel operations, including front desk, staffing, room inventory, guest service, and policy compliance.
• Interact with guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide operational support across departments, such as bell service or front desk coverage, as needed.
• Conduct property walkthroughs to assess safety, security, and service quality, addressing issues promptly.
• Facilitate team knowledge by providing updates and training on hotel offerings, services, and local attractions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics (*, SALT, Revinate), identify trends, and implement improvements.
• Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in hotel operations or a similar management role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage daily hotel functions and guest services.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support various operational roles within a hotel setting.
