Electrician I

About the Role

Altaaqa is seeking an Electrician-I to join our team in Dammam. This full-time position involves performing essential electrical tasks on rental equipment, ensuring timely and accurate execution of assigned duties. The role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Job Summary

The Electrician-I is responsible for the installation, commissioning, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, fault analysis, and repair of all rental equipment. This role requires a commitment to performing tasks efficiently and precisely.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical problems across all rental equipment.
• Submit accurate and complete Inspection Reports as per service procedures at the site.
• Identify and report all defects, damage, misuse, abuse, or lack of maintenance observed on inspected equipment.
• Perform minor electrical repairs within technical capabilities.
• Collaborate with other service personnel to fit, connect, and arrange setups, including the cabling of generators and auxiliary equipment, adhering to technical specifications and safety precautions.
• Execute manual synchronization of generator sets to live utility signals using the EMCP control panel.
• Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Service/Operation Manager(s).

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant electrical role.
• Demonstrated ability to perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, focusing on field and site operations related to rental equipment. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and timely completion of tasks.
