Engineering Manager Technical Support SA

About the Role

Cactus International is seeking an Engineering Manager, Technical Support, to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role is responsible for activities contributing to the design and development of products, solutions, and systems within the company's Pressure Control business. The position also involves technical improvements for existing products and components, delivering professional engineering work, and managing the department budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer-facing engineering solutions to support customer operations.
• Manage a team of Engineers and Designers in the Projects Engineering function to deliver engineering outputs for long-term contract agreements and separate orders.
• Lead a team of engineers to support facility and service operations, ensuring key operational performance indicators are met.
• Develop, monitor, and drive KPIs and operational plans for the project engineering department.
• Assess and monitor team members’ competency, and develop and implement training plans.
• Resolve problems by applying acquired expertise based on established precedents.
• Engage in customizing projects to meet specific client needs.
• Convey technical information effectively to both clients and colleagues from other functions.

Supervisory Duties

• Directly supervise and support engineering team members and direct reports.
• Oversee engineering activities related to the design, development, and implementation of technology products and solutions.
• Set priorities, assign work, and monitor team performance and project progress.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and professional development to the team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
