About the Role

Al Rwad International Academy (RIA) is seeking a Full-time Early Years English Teacher to join its early childhood education team in Sayhat, Eastern Province. This role involves delivering an educational program inspired by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), with a focus on play-based learning and language development for children aged 3 to 6.

Role Overview

The Early Years English Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate learning activities that support children's language development and enhance their social and cognitive skills. The position requires maintaining effective communication with parents and the academic team, while contributing to the Academy's educational objectives within a stimulating and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate English language activities for KG1, KG2, and KG3 in accordance with the approved educational program.
• Develop children's listening, speaking, vocabulary, and phonological awareness skills through stories, games, songs, and interactive activities.
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials, adapting activities to accommodate individual differences and diverse learning needs.
• Manage the classroom using positive approaches that promote participation, independence, and mutual respect.
• Observe and document children's development, preparing required assessments and progress reports.
• Collaborate with academic management and fellow teachers to coordinate activities and achieve learning objectives.
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding children's progress and educational needs through approved communication channels.
• Comply with child safeguarding, health, safety, and internal policies and procedures.
• Participate in relevant meetings, professional development activities, and educational events.
