Executive Sales

About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Executive Sales professional to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time role involves optimizing revenue through effective sales techniques while maintaining guest loyalty. The position also focuses on promoting brand image both internally and externally, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact appropriate personnel or departments (*, Sales, Data Administration, Accounting) to resolve guest calls, requests, or issues.
• Utilize sales techniques, including upselling, to optimize revenue while maintaining existing Marriott guest loyalty.
• Promote brand image awareness both internally and externally.
• Determine and grant gifts to guests as a thank you for their patronage (*, reward points, show tickets, gift certificates).
• Process requests to cancel Marriott Rewards program points.
• Process all room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
• Enter Marriott Rewards program information using appropriate software when taking guest reservations.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales and Marketing (*, filing, emailing, transcribing information, faxing).
• Assist management in training and motivating employees; serve as an example.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
• Receive and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address their service needs, and thank them with genuine appreciation.
• Communicate with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate protocol.
• Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team to achieve common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
• Supervise the performance of others to ensure they meet expectations and quality standards.
• Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance.
• Perform other reasonable job duties requested by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
