About the Role

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a Fulfillment Lead, E-commerce Fulfillment Operations East to join its team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role is central to ensuring efficient and reliable last-mile fleet execution for the company's e-commerce operations.

Role Purpose

The Fulfillment Lead is responsible for coordinating vehicle availability, driver readiness, and daily operational activities. The primary objective is to ensure reliable, safe, and on-time fulfillment services, aligning with Panda Retail Company’s established e-commerce service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily fleet execution activities, including vehicle readiness and driver allocation, to ensure uninterrupted last-mile operations.
• Coordinate vehicle deployment and trip schedules with dispatch and fulfillment teams to support on-time order delivery.
• Monitor fleet availability, utilization, and downtime to identify constraints and initiate timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate breakdown response and maintenance follow-up with workshops and service providers to minimize service disruption.
• Track driver attendance, compliance, and readiness to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak periods.
• Verify the accuracy of fleet operational data, including trips, incidents, and utilization logs, to ensure reliable reporting.
• Communicate operational updates, constraints, and resolutions to the Last Mile Assistant Manager to support alignment and escalation.
• Support the implementation of safety procedures, driving standards, and operational guidelines to reduce incidents and risks.
• Prepare daily fleet execution summaries and exception reports to support performance monitoring and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in logistics, fleet management, or e-commerce fulfillment operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead operational activities and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring fleet data and identifying operational constraints.
• Proficiency in preparing operational reports and summaries.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern region, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within the e-commerce fulfillment operations team of Panda Retail Company – Savola Group.
