Join Fuda Energy Technologies DMCC as a General Accountant!
We are a leading player in the oil & gas and construction machinery industry, committed to providing integrated solutions to our customers in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare project-wise costing and ensure compliance with VAT and Corporate tax.
  • Handle accounting software including Tally, SAP, and Odoo.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and handle banking systems, liaising with banks as needed.
  • Prepare financial statements up to finalization and assist with audits.
  • Oversee daily transactions including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Implement E-Invoice phase 2.

Qualifications:
  • A proven experience of 23 years as an Accountant.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally and Zoho.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Excel.
  • Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; accounting certification (CMA or CPA) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of multiple bank accounts. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and documented.
  • Accounts Payable: Process and review supplier invoices and payments. Monitor aging reports and manage payment cycles efficiently. Liaise with vendors to resolve billing issues.
  • Employees Accounts Analysis: Review and reconcile employee-related accounts, including advances, reimbursements, and deductions. Ensure timely posting and accuracy of employee financial transactions. Assist in payroll accounting when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
