Role Overview

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert is responsible for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and appearance across all hotel areas. This role goes beyond basic cleaning to ensure a unique and memorable experience for every guest. Guest Environment Experts are empowered to proactively manage their tasks, respond to guest needs, and maintain the overall quality of the hotel's environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of cleaning functions to ensure the good looks and cleanliness of all hotel areas.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Restock cleaning carts and ensure necessary supplies are available.
• Clean guest rooms and public areas to established standards.
• Undertake other responsibilities as assigned to ensure guest satisfaction and hotel operations.

Fundamental Requirements

Success in this role requires adherence to fundamental principles, including ensuring a safe workspace, following company guidelines and procedures, respecting confidentiality, and maintaining quality standards. Professional personal appearance and communication are also essential. This role involves continuous movement, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods, as well as performing tasks that require moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance.
