Key Responsibilities

Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a range of housekeeping functions and are empowered to manage their space to ensure the hotel's environment contributes to a positive guest experience. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Stocking and organizing housekeeping carts.
• Cleaning guest rooms and public spaces to established standards.
• Maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel premises.
