About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Hotel Cleanliness Expert for a full-time position in Dammam, Eastern Province. This role is focused on maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Role Overview

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert is responsible for a wide range of housekeeping tasks. This includes responding to guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public areas, and performing other similar duties. The objective is to ensure that the hotel's spaces contribute to an exceptional guest experience. Success in this role requires adherence to company policies, maintaining confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication style.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of hotel rooms and public areas.
• Responding promptly to guest requests related to cleanliness.
• Stocking and organizing housekeeping carts.
• Performing various housekeeping duties to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity, including being on your feet and moving for extended periods (standing, sitting, or walking). The position also involves manual tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds (* kg) without assistance. Performing all assigned tasks to a high standard is essential for guest satisfaction and business success.
