About the Role

Magrabi Health is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role involves serving as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to enhance organizational effectiveness. The HRBP will ensure compliance with policies, labor laws, and Ministry of Health regulations while leading key HR processes in the assigned location.

Role Overview

The HR Business Partner is responsible for driving talent acquisition, training, onboarding, and performance management. This position also focuses on fostering employee engagement through satisfaction surveys and quality control. A critical aspect of the role includes leading HR teams across branches, supporting their professional development, and ensuring consistent implementation of HR practices. The HRBP will contribute to manpower budgeting, payroll support, grievance resolution, organizational development, and the cascading of corporate strategies to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure HR processes comply with internal policies, labor laws, and Ministry of Health regulations, providing timely updates.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to HR teams in assigned branches, ensuring consistent HR practice implementation and supporting professional development.
  • Manage the recruitment process to fill roles within agreed timelines while ensuring a quality candidate experience.
  • Recommend and facilitate approved training programs, ensuring timely delivery of sessions for employee development.
  • Oversee performance reviews, ensuring timely completion of appraisals and feedback for employee growth.
  • Administer and analyze employee engagement surveys, initiating actions based on results within set timelines.
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of HR operations and service delivery within designated timeframes.
  • Lead the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated and operational within expected timelines.
  • Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and documentation, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring documentation is filed and updated within compliance deadlines.
  • Collaborate on manpower planning and budgeting, providing workforce projections and budgetary insights.
  • Ensure accurate processing of payroll-related data and timely resolution of issues within payroll cycles.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances promptly within established service-level agreements.
  • Drive Organizational Development (OD) initiatives, ensuring project milestones are achieved within set timelines.
  • Partner with leadership to cascade and implement corporate strategies, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a similar HR Business Partner role.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and Ministry of Health regulations.
  • Experience in leading and developing HR teams.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern region, within Magrabi Health. The role requires collaboration with various departments and leadership across multiple branches.
