About the Role

HRsource is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join a client's team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, focusing on driving people initiatives that support organizational growth and performance. The position requires an Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and department heads to align HR strategy with business objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end performance review cycle, including goal-setting, mid-year and annual appraisals, and calibration sessions.
  • Drive workforce planning initiatives, including headcount forecasting, organizational design, and succession planning.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution in line with local labor law.
  • Support talent management processes, including identifying high-potential employees and developing retention strategies.
  • Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams to ensure a seamless employee experience across the lifecycle.
  • Support change management initiatives, restructuring, and organizational transformation projects as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor law and company policies across all HR practices.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or Generalist role.
  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, alongside strong English communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing performance review cycles and workforce planning processes.
  • Solid understanding of local labor law and HR compliance requirements.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate HR data into actionable insights.
  • Highly organized, discrete, and solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring an individual to integrate strategically within the client's business operations.
