The Role

Kavalani Company is seeking an Inhouse Marketing & Lead Management Executive to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time, on-site position where the individual will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and supporting brand visibility across both digital and offline channels. The role is central to the company's efforts in lead generation and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting market research to identify potential clients.
• Managing incoming leads and maintaining accurate lead databases and reports.
• Collaborating with the sales team to qualify leads and follow up on inquiries.
• Supporting conversion efforts with tailored marketing materials.
• Monitoring marketing campaign performance and preparing regular updates for management.
• Contributing ideas to optimize marketing strategies and lead management processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in marketing and lead management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proven capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Dammam.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dammam, Eastern Region. The role requires daily presence at the company's premises to ensure close collaboration with internal teams and effective management of marketing and lead generation activities.
