Insulation Engineer

About the Role

APS Arabian Contracting Company is seeking an Insulation Engineer to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This contract position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who possess strong knowledge of the local market and proven capabilities in the estimation and pricing of industrial insulation works.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates for industrial insulation projects.
• Developing competitive quotations based on project requirements.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to accurately define the scope of work and pricing needs.
• Obtaining and evaluating quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in industrial insulation systems, materials, and application methods.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market, including local suppliers, subcontractors, and current material and labor rates.

Skills and Attributes

• Ability to prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Proficiency in reviewing technical documents such as drawings, specifications, and RFQs.
• Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions.
• Effective negotiation skills for engaging with suppliers and subcontractors.
