About the Role

Caliberly® - Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to establish and lead the Investor Relations function. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and requires a professional with over 10 years of relevant experience. The role is critical for guiding the company through IPO preparation and its subsequent operations as a listed entity.

Role Context and Objectives

The Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for building the Investor Relations framework from the ground up. This involves developing strategies and processes to manage communication with the financial community, ensuring compliance, and supporting the executive team in articulating the company's financial narrative. The role is pivotal in preparing the company for its initial public offering and managing investor relations post-listing.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage the Investor Relations function throughout the IPO preparation phase and following the company's listing.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with shareholders, institutional investors, and financial analysts.
• Coordinate financial disclosures, earnings announcements, investor presentations, and annual reports.
• Ensure compliance with CMA and Tadawul regulations, collaborating closely with the Finance, Legal, and Corporate Governance departments.
• Monitor share performance, investor sentiment, and the activities of peer companies.
• Assist the executive team in effectively communicating financial performance, strategic direction, and growth plans.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Investor Relations or a related financial field.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and lead an Investor Relations function.
• Experience with IPO processes and managing investor relations for a listed company is highly desirable.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position located in Dammam, within the Eastern Region. The role operates within a dynamic environment, requiring close collaboration with various internal departments and external financial stakeholders.
