Junior Service Customer Account Manager MEAT

About the Role

GE Vernova is seeking a Junior Service Customer Account Manager for the MEAT (Middle East, Africa, and Turkey) region. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern, and is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. The role serves as an operational support function for the Service team, focusing on the lifecycle of service contracts and coordinating field operations.

Role Purpose and Context

The Junior Service Customer Account Manager supports the delivery of high-value solutions to clients by assisting in the management of complex contracts and tracking financial metrics. This position involves maintaining proactive communication with both internal engineering teams and external customers to contribute to the region’s commercial success and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting the lifecycle of service contracts, including delivering on contractual commitments and managing warranty periods.
• Act as a primary liaison between on-site technical teams, logistics, and external subcontractors to ensure timely and compliant service delivery.
• Participate in updating key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, preparing data for customer reviews and reports to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage daily customer communications, contributing to proactive issue resolution in collaboration with internal engineering and technical experts.
• Support Service Account Managers in identifying and preparing service renewals and extension proposals, contributing to regional commercial success.
• Ensure all activities comply with GE Vernova’s policies, including internal system reporting, financial accuracy, and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) standards.
