Baazeem Trading Company is seeking a Key Account Supervisor to join its Sales team. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and focuses on managing key customer accounts at the Head Office level.

Role Overview

The Key Account Supervisor will be responsible for the management and development of assigned key accounts. This includes handling day-to-day commercial activities with customers' head offices and ensuring effective execution of strategies across their branch networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales, collection, and growth targets for key accounts.
• Manage daily relationships with key customers at the Head Office level.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, promotions, listings, and business opportunities.
• Follow up on purchase orders, product availability, deliveries, and customer requirements.
• Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities to increase sales and product listings.
• Coordinate with internal Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Merchandising teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure agreed promotions, pricing, visibility, and product availability are properly implemented across customer branches.
• Monitor account performance, sales trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
• Follow up on customer payments, claims, deductions, and outstanding balances.
• Prepare regular sales reports, account reviews, and action plans.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience of 5-10 years in Modern Trade / Key Accounts is required.
• Previous experience dealing directly with customers' Head Offices and Buying Teams.
• Good understanding of FMCG commercial agreements, promotions, listings, and account management.
• Experience managing major retail/key accounts in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
