As a leading construction company in Saudi Arabia, we are excited to invite applications for the position of Senior Landscape Engineer. This role is crucial as it focuses on designing, planning, and implementing landscape projects that enhance the aesthetic and ecological value of outdoor spaces.

Role Purpose:
The Senior Landscape Engineer is responsible for ensuring that landscape projects meet client expectations while adhering to regulatory standards and best environmental practices. This role emphasizes sustainable practices and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative landscape solutions.

Duties Performed:
  • Landscape Design: Develop comprehensive landscape designs, including planting plans and hardscape layouts. Utilize CAD and design software to create detailed project drawings.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
  • Sustainability and Compliance: Incorporate sustainable practices into designs with a focus on biodiversity. Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients and urban planners to understand requirements and present design concepts. Facilitate meetings to gather input and provide updates.
  • Research and Development: Stay current on industry trends, materials, and technologies. Conduct research to innovate landscape design practices.

Job Specifications:
  • Industry: Landscape Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Urban Planning.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in landscape design or engineering with a proven track record.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in landscape architecture, Environmental Science, or a related field. Professional certification is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in landscape design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, GIS), strong knowledge of horticulture and landscape ecology, excellent project management and communication skills.
