About the Role

GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Product Service Engineer Controls Platform HMI & Network to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role focuses on enhancing service technology by integrating customer data and collecting critical performance parameters related to engine/product reliability, availability, maintenance, and safety. The position operates with a degree of autonomy, guided by established policies and analysis of end results.

Role Responsibilities

• Support the installed base through activities such as customer troubleshooting, addressing fleet issues, implementing service bulletins, and performing monitoring and diagnostics.
• Manage fleet configurations, maintain fleet data, and oversee outage management.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline, analytical thinking, and technical experience to implement policy and strategy.
• Utilize comprehensive understanding of best practices and how this area integrates with other functions.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of market competition and differentiators.
• Exercise judgment to propose solutions beyond defined parameters for complex manufacturing processes involving various technical aspects or interdependent production cycles.
• Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and may lead small projects with low risk and resource requirements.
• Communicate information effectively and develop skills to build consensus among team members on domain-related topics.
• Manage sensitive issues and communicate performance expectations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Significant experience in the function and digital audio workstation.
• Knowledge equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or a bachelor's degree with experience in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
