Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor activities in the swimming area and prevent accidents.
• Provide assistance to swimmers, including performing rescues and administering first aid.
• Maintain order in swimming areas and ensure cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas.
• Regularly check and maintain proper chlorine levels and PH values of the water.
• Conduct swimming meets and give swimming instructions.
• Ensure all facilities such as sun loungers and umbrellas are in working order and properly positioned.
• Provide emergency care until emergency medical services arrive.
• Stay informed about the club’s facilities, timings, promotions, and prices.

Requirements:

• Professional swimmer and a qualified lifeguard with a diploma or university degree.
• Previous work experience, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Physically fit and capable of working long hours outdoors.
• Good command of English and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
You should ideally possess a diploma or university degree as a trained and qualified lifeguard, with previous experience preferably in the hotel industry. Being physically fit and able to work long hours outdoors is essential. Proficiency in English and strong interpersonal abilities will be beneficial.

Element is on the lookout for a skilled Finance Manager to be a pivotal part of our team in KSA, specifically based in Dammam. This role presents an exciting opportunity to provide commercial support to the General Manager while ensuring the company meets its financial forecasting, budgeting, and statutory accounting obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide commercial support managing monthly financials/budgets/forecasts against group consolidation systems.
• Monitor and enforce internal controls and compliance, concluding all statutory accounting obligations.
• Coach the operations management team on financial principles and addressing inquiries.
• Manage direct and indirect taxation of the laboratory/business.
• Work with the credit control team to improve collections.
• Collaborate with shared services for transaction processing improvements and timely month-end accounts.
• Identify and analyze potential operational improvements, proposing relevant changes.
• Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and advise local management.
• Work closely with JV partners.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of relevant finance/accounting experience with 3 years in a managerial role within an MNC.

• Experience in profit and loss statement analysis and managing ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
