We are currently seeking motivated and self-driven Recreation professionals ready to advance their careers. As a Lifeguard, your key responsibilities will include monitoring activities in the swimming area to prevent accidents and providing assistance to swimmers. Your role encompasses the following responsibilities:
  • Caution swimmers regarding unsafe areas
  • Rescue swimmers in danger of drowning and administer first aid
  • Maintain order in swimming areas
  • Determine the chlorine content and pH value of the water using a water testing kit
  • Conduct swimming meets and provide swimming instructions
  • Ensure the swimming pool and sun loungers are clean and properly positioned
  • Regularly check the pool temperature to ensure it meets set standards
  • Keep the pool deck free of debris during operations
  • Ensure that umbrellas are properly secured when not in use
  • Provide emergency care until medical services arrive
  • Possess full knowledge of club facilities, timings, promotions, and prices
Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should ideally be a qualified lifeguard and a professional swimmer with a diploma or university degree along with relevant work experience, preferably in the hotel industry. Being physically fit and capable of working long hours in an outdoor environment is essential. A good command of English and strong interpersonal skills are advantageous.
Competencies:
The ideal candidate will be driven by customer service, have the ability to handle complaints, and possess a positive and approachable demeanor. You should also work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, thrive in a multicultural team, and demonstrate competencies such as teamwork, responsibility, adaptability, and customer focus.

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in finance/cost accounting, preferably with a multinational manufacturing company.
  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of One Stream, SAP & Power BI is advantageous).
  • Familiarity with US GAAP and/or IFRS is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
