Job Purpose:
The primary objective of the Machine Operator is to operate packaging machines efficiently while meeting production targets and maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring machine efficiency and achieving departmental targets.
• Monitoring material usage and managing the packers working under your supervision.
• Maintaining all equipment in good condition through regular checklists.
• Ensuring a clean workplace in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Reporting health hazards and quality issues immediately to the Shift Manager.
• Participating in quality meetings regularly.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include:

• Film Waste
• Plan Compliance
• Bag Maker Efficiency
• Packaging Complaints
• IPS/SOS Audit Compliance

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:

• Industrial training institute graduate (ITI) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in packing machine operations.
• Basic communication skills and a good working attitude.
