Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain processing equipment effectively to ensure production targets are met.
  • Monitor production efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Conduct quality control checks and maintain hygiene standards.
  • Report any issues related to food safety and equipment maintenance.
  • Manage process workers on assigned stations and ensure adherence to good manufacturing practices.
  • Collect and report material usages and wastage to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Industrial training institute graduate (ITI) preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a manufacturing processing environment is required.
  • Basic communication skills and a positive working attitude.
