About the Role

Virtucruit is partnering with a leading mining company in Saudi Arabia to recruit a Maintenance and Repair Supervisor for their Maintenance Department in Dammam. This full-time position is critical for overseeing maintenance and repair activities of equipment and machinery, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations within a dynamic mining environment.

Role Purpose and Context

The Maintenance and Repair Supervisor will coordinate maintenance teams, monitor equipment performance, and ensure compliance with established safety and operational standards. This role contributes to operational excellence and equipment reliability, requiring an experienced maintenance professional to manage key aspects of the department's functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and repair activities for machinery and equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate timely interventions.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to operational plans.
• Lead and manage maintenance teams to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to technicians and operators.
• Allocate resources and assign tasks based on priorities and workload.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.
• Promote safe working practices within the maintenance team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in maintenance and repair supervision.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage maintenance teams and operations effectively.
• Strong understanding of safety and operational compliance standards.
