We are looking for dedicated professionals to ensure the optimal performance of our machinery and equipment. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing industrial machines in our Dammam facility.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on equipment such as CNC machines, pneumatic tools, and module build cell machines.
  • Respond to breakdown calls and generate maintenance activity reports.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Lead training initiatives for both maintenance and production teams.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • 5-7 years of experience, preferably in the sheet metal manufacturing industry.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Experience with D365 Asset Maintenance systems and knowledge of ISO quality standards is a plus.

Performance Indicators:
  • Maintain machinery uptime at 98% or higher.
  • Ensure zero accidents in the workplace.
  • Achieve departmental KPIs.
