Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician!
Napco National is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and equipment by performing repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and carry out repair tasks in accordance with Work Instructions and Machine Manuals.
  • Collaborate with Lead Technicians for troubleshooting breakdowns.
  • Manage spare parts requests to ensure adequate inventory.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment post-repair.
  • Document repair activities and seek feedback from Production Team Leaders.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and in-house calibration tasks.
  • Follow all safety protocols and attend safety trainings.
  • Report and address any unsafe conditions immediately.
Required Qualifications:
  • A Technical Institute degree is preferred.
  • Good physical condition and ability to handle high-stress environments.
  • Ability to work alternating shifts.

  • Ability to read engineering drawings and P&IDs.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance best practices.
  • Experience in turnarounds is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
