Job Purpose:
A Plant Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and equipment within a plant. This role involves performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and repairing components to minimize downtime and ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventive Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on plant equipment to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
• Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Equipment Operation: Ensuring the proper operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
• Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety standards and regulations.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum qualification of a diploma in Electrical & Electronics is required, along with 5-7 years of experience in the maintenance department, preferably in the sheet metal manufacturing industry.

We are looking for individuals with good exposure to industrial maintenance in the Gulf region. Behavioral competencies such as teamwork, self-motivation, and active coordination with the team are essential.
