Job Purpose:
A Plant Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and equipment within a plant. This role involves performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and repairing components to minimize downtime and ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventive Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on plant equipment to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
• Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Equipment Operation: Ensuring the proper operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
• Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum qualification of a diploma in Electrical & Electronics is required, along with 5-7 years of experience in the maintenance department, preferably in the sheet metal manufacturing industry.

Napco National is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and equipment by performing repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and carry out repair tasks in accordance with Work Instructions and Machine Manuals.
• Collaborate with Lead Technicians for troubleshooting breakdowns.
• Manage spare parts requests to ensure adequate inventory.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment post-repair.
• Document repair activities and seek feedback from Production Team Leaders.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and in-house calibration tasks.
• Follow all safety protocols and attend safety trainings.
• Report and address any unsafe conditions immediately.

Required Qualifications:

• A Technical Institute degree is preferred.
• Good physical condition and ability to handle high-stress environments.
• Ability to work alternating shifts.
