Join Napco National as a Maintenance Technician!
We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and facilities. You will receive repair requests, troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance tasks according to established procedures and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and execute Repair Requests from the Maintenance Team Leader.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance tasks and assist in troubleshooting breakdowns.
  • Request spare parts and ensure the area is clean after completing repairs.
  • Document repair activities and seek feedback from the Production Team Leader.
  • Follow safety procedures and compliance with the Saudi Labor rules.

Qualifications:
Education through a Technical Institute degree preferred. Strong reading, writing, and arithmetic skills are required. Must have good physical condition and the ability to work in high-stress environments and alternating shifts.
