About the Role

Foreground Consultancy is partnering with a leader in the education and vocational training sector to recruit a Marketing & Advertising Manager. This full-time position is based in Dammam and offers an opportunity to lead marketing initiatives for a respected organization.

Role Overview

The Marketing & Advertising Manager will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies that align with the organization's goals and vision. This senior role involves managing significant marketing budgets, designing campaigns, and leading a team to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the educational sector, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, including Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
• Lead large-scale marketing campaigns, overseeing substantial budgets to maximize return on investment.
• Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance brand positioning and build relationships with sponsors and partners.
• Oversee omnichannel marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising, integrating innovative approaches to attract and nurture leads.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate marketing initiative success, and present actionable insights and reports to stakeholders.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership marketing role, with a total of 10+ years in marketing.
• Demonstrated success in managing large marketing budgets and executing high-profile campaigns.
• Experience in event planning, lead generation, and digital marketing across various platforms.

Required Skills

• A strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, marketing tools, and analytics software.
• Exceptional bilingual communication skills in both Arabic and English.
