About the Role

Dana Rayhaan by Rotana is seeking a Marketing Executive to join its team in Dammam. This full-time role is suitable for professionals with 0-1 years of experience in marketing and communication. The Marketing Executive will support the Marketing & Communication Team in organizing events and securing sponsorships to cover expenses and generate revenue for the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and implementing an effective filing and administrative system for sponsorship and event organization.
• Identify and maintain a database of potential sponsors for all events, targeting specific sponsors for each event.
• Negotiate and finalize advantageous arrangements with potential sponsors.
• Engage with potential sponsors and clients.
• Formulate all correspondence related to sponsorship proposals and negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal hotel departments to ensure sponsor branding is executed as per contractual agreements during events.
• Assist in maintaining effective working relationships with target media, including electronic and print, local, national, and international, to maximize coverage of events and promotions.
• Host media representatives, strategic partners, and key clients at property functions and events.
• Support the production of promotional materials, including gathering supporting data and collateral.
• Photograph internal functions, banquet and conference events, and VIPs.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a marketing or communication role.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver customer service and provide creative solutions.
• Passion for guest focus in a hospitality environment.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, working within the Marketing & Communication Team at Dana Rayhaan by Rotana. The role involves collaboration with various hotel departments and external partners.
