The company is committed to innovation and creating Better Care for a Better World. We are seeking a full-time Merchandizer to join our team in Dammam, Eastern region. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of professional experience.

Role Purpose

The primary objective of this Merchandizer position is to execute in-store merchandising activities across assigned retail outlets. This involves enhancing product visibility, availability, and sales performance, ensuring all actions align with Kimberly-Clark’s brand standards and commercial objectives. The role contributes to the effective management of our brand portfolio by leveraging professional expertise and drive.

Core Merchandising Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal product placement according to established planograms and agreements.
  • Maintain consistent shelf availability for all SKUs, preventing out-of-stock situations.
  • Implement point-of-sale (POS) materials, promotions, and various displays, including end-caps, gondolas, and special stands.
  • Execute First-In First-Out (FIFO) principles and ensure correct product rotation.

Store Operations and Sales Support

  • Conduct daily visits to assigned retail outlets following structured route plans.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with store managers and supervisors.
  • Monitor competitor activities, including promotions, pricing strategies, and product visibility.
  • Provide support to sales teams in the execution of in-store promotions and campaigns.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to increase shelf space and enhance display activation.
  • Contribute to achieving regional sales targets through effective in-store execution.

Reporting and Compliance

  • Submit daily and weekly reports detailing SKU availability, share of shelf, and competitor insights.
  • Utilize mobile tools and systems for real-time reporting of in-store activities.
  • Ensure full compliance with company standards and relevant local regulations.
