Network Engineer

Overview of the Role

NOK Human Capital is seeking a Network Engineer to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves leading the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure. The successful candidate will supervise technical teams and ensure compliance with quality and cybersecurity standards to support reliable connectivity and stable network performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of network systems.
• Manage LAN, WAN, fiber-optic infrastructure, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Supervise network installation, testing, commissioning, and system integration.
• Review network drawings, specifications, and technical submittals for compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor network performance, connectivity, and reliability, and resolve network and communication issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, installation quality, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, IT, ELV, construction, and commissioning teams, as well as consultants and vendors.
• Maintain technical documentation, testing records, and as-built drawings.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in the telecommunications sector.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of network performance monitoring and cybersecurity requirements.
• Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate with multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region, focusing on critical network infrastructure projects.
