About the Role:
The Patient Assistant is responsible for assessing the patient arrival and departure to the clinic as well as providing non-medical support during the treatment session.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive patients at the clinic main entrance and escort them to the treatment area.
  • Show a welcoming attitude to patients and their families.
  • Respectfully prevent family members from entering the treatment area.
  • Assist patient needs and distribute meals as per the schedule.
  • Assist with medication delivery and documentation requirements.
  • Keep clinic equipment/assets (*, wheelchairs) in good condition.
  • Help with daily delivery of consumables from the warehouse to the treatment area.

Qualifications:
  • Education – High school or equivalent.
  • Experience – No experience needed.

Skills:
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Personable and energetic.

Languages:
Arabic is required, and English is also desirable.

  • Degree in Sports Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Business, or related field.
  • Passion for sales and building customer relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Tenacity and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
