About the Role

Jobstronaut is seeking a Project Coordinator Automation Industry to join their team. This full-time position is based in the Eastern region, specifically in Dammam and Al Khobar. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within the organization, working closely with project managers and team members to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate project activities and tasks among team members.
• Schedule and organize project meetings, and accurately capture meeting minutes.
• Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders, fostering positive relationships with both internal and external parties.
• Monitor project progress and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare regular status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
• Assist in resource allocation and scheduling, maintaining comprehensive project resource documentation.
• Identify and assess potential project risks and issues, collaborating on risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards.
• Support tracking project expenses and resources, assisting in budget reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to facilitate communication, coordinate tasks, and monitor project progress effectively.
