About the Role

Siemens Energy is seeking a Project Manager for a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern region. This role involves the end-to-end management of complex, high-value projects within the Oil & Gas and energy sectors. The Project Manager ensures project alignment with strategic objectives and customer satisfaction through meticulous planning, execution, and delivery. This position requires fostering strong stakeholder relationships and leading cross-functional teams to achieve project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Long-Term Partnership (LTP) projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
  • Monitor project performance using key metrics, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing robust mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
  • Mentor and support junior project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Project Manager position should possess 10 years of experience in project management, preferably within the Oil & Gas and energy sectors.

About the Gas Services Division

Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through comprehensive service and decarbonization solutions. We provide zero or low emission power generation technologies, encompassing all gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators.
