About the Role

Comarch is seeking a Project Manager – Telecommunications (KSA Region) to lead large-scale network infrastructure projects. This full-time role is based in Dammam and focuses on driving complex 5G, Fiber, and Core network rollouts within Saudi Arabia, aligning with Vision 2030 initiatives.

Role Context

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering telecommunications projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This position requires a deep understanding of the local market, strong technical capabilities, and the ability to manage multi-vendor environments effectively. The role involves overseeing projects from end-to-end, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and local service level agreement (SLA) standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of KSA telecom projects, ensuring strict adherence to scope, budget, and local SLA standards.
• Manage relationships with Tier-1 operators, local authorities, and multi-vendor teams.
• Oversee site acquisition, civil works, network integration, and acceptance testing across designated zones.
• Control project financial health, resource allocation, variations, and subcontractor performance.
• Enforce strict Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and quality compliance aligned with KSA telecom regulations.
• Deliver real-time milestone reporting and risk management directly to C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven track record of delivering large-scale network infrastructure projects in the Middle East.
• Experience ranging from 5 to 10 years in a relevant telecommunications project management role.
• Demonstrated leadership skills necessary to manage multi-vendor environments.
• Strong technical acumen in 5G, Fiber, and Core network technologies.
