1- Preparing and implementing operational plans and programs related to managing support services and monitoring their implementation. 2- Supervising transportation services and vehicles and ensuring their optimal use. 3- Organizing and following up on cleaning and hospitality services within the facility. 4- Supervising correspondence (incoming and outgoing) and archiving documents and records. 5- Managing procurement operations for support services, from identifying needs to receiving materials and services, while adhering to the approved policies and procedures. 6- Managing supplier relationships (selection, evaluation, performance monitoring) and negotiating with them to ensure quality, appropriate cost, and continuity of supply. 7- Monitoring and executing contracts with service providers and external suppliers. 8- Managing the department's team, distributing tasks, monitoring performance, and developing capabilities. 9- Preparing and submitting periodic reports on the department's performance to senior management. 10- Committing to the application of quality policies and continuous improvement in the department's services.

We are looking for a receptionist to work in our facilities, who has excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with customers efficiently. His responsibilities include welcoming guests and responding to inquiries, it is required to adhere to the specified working hours and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a decent professional appearance.
