Role Overview:
The Senior Procurement Officer will be responsible for end-to-end procurement, planning, and supply chain management of materials and equipment specifically for Solar and Renewable Energy projects. The role requires adherence to ISO/QMS/SASO standards while ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing aligned with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and manage both local and international suppliers while maintaining vendor records in SAP.
  • Possess strong knowledge of local & international suppliers for Solar and Renewable Energy equipment including PV modules, cables, and mounting structures.
  • Lead procurement negotiations, renew supplier contracts, and establish framework agreements.
  • Analyze supplier bids for compliance and provide market intelligence.
  • Track purchase orders, shipments, and customs clearances in coordination with logistics.
  • Align procurement plans with project timelines and ensure adherence to regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4–5 years’ experience in procurement or materials management, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
