Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, client-focused Spa Receptionist with a strong instinct for customer service and service sales. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our spa, guiding guests through our treatment offerings, recommending tailored therapies and upgrades, and managing front-desk operations with poise and precision.

Working Hours: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Consultation & Sales: Actively consult with guests on spa treatments, expertly recommending tailored packages, service upgrades (such as extended durations or specialty enhancements), and rebooking sessions to drive guest retention.

• Front-Desk Experience: Welcome guests warmly, handle inquiries with professional telephone etiquette, and set a serene, hospitable tone from the moment visitors arrive.

• Intake & Transactions: Accurately process guest payments, confirmations, and administrative records prior to services commencing.

• Appointment & Room Coordination: Seamlessly manage appointment schedules, walk-ins, and therapist room rotations to maximize daily operational flow.

• Sanctuary Presentation: Maintain an immaculate, tranquil, and organized reception area.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Language: Professional working proficiency in English is required

• Experience: Proven background in front-desk administration, client concierge, or hospitality; demonstrated ability in suggestive selling, upselling, or retail sales within a spa, salon, or luxury wellness environment is highly valued.

• Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and strong phone etiquette.

• Attributes: High attention to detail, polished presentation, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively during peak hours.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
