The Role: Representative III, B&L Sales
We are seeking a Representative III, B&L Sales, to join our team in Dammam, KSA. This full-time position is focused on identifying and developing business opportunities within the market. The role involves performing market research and analysis, establishing contact, and cultivating relationships with prospective clients through various communication channels to secure profitable deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers using value-based sales arguments.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis and needs assessments for existing and potential clients to ensure solutions align with customer requirements.
- Develop, establish, and maintain positive and long-term business and customer relationships.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calling and follow-up activities to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets, milestones, and outcomes within the defined schedule.
- Coordinate sales activities with team members and relevant departments to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Analyse market and territory potential, monitor performance trends, and prepare accurate sales and status reports.
- Provide management with insights on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products or services.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, competitive positioning, and promotional trends to support continuous improvement.
- Continuously improve sales effectiveness by seeking, receiving, and applying feedback.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE policies, procedures, work instructions, and codes of practice applicable to international or national standards, as well as legal and contractual requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma Level Education.
- Minimum Experience: 3 years or more in a similar field.
Reporting Structure and Location
This position is based in Dammam, KSA, and reports directly to the Sr Supervisor, B&L ER Sales.
