Safety Officer

About the Role

AlSaif Group is seeking a Safety Officer to join their team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring a safe working environment by implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environment (HSE) procedures across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with established safety standards.
• Identify potential hazards, assess associated risks, and implement effective preventive measures.
• Investigate incidents thoroughly and prepare comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommendations.
• Monitor employees' and drivers' adherence to safety procedures and regulations.
• Conduct safety awareness sessions and provide training for employees to enhance safety knowledge and practices.
• Ensure continuous compliance with applicable HSE standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Safety Officer position should possess a strong background in safety management. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required to effectively manage the responsibilities of this role.
