Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients through various channels like calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and consult with clients to identify their challenges and goals.
  • Recommend solutions tailored to clients' needs, emphasizing our unique value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and product development to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the Heavy Machinery field.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic with good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
