Join Musco Sports Lighting as a Sales Coordinator!

We are excited to announce an opening for the Sales Coordinator position at our Dammam office. In this vibrant role, you'll work alongside our Sales and distribution teams to coordinate the sales process and meet customer expectations effectively.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, International Studies, or a technical field.
  • Two or more years of experience in a technical customer support role.
  • Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Experience in a multicultural work environment is preferred.
  • Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication abilities.
  • Self-directed team player with multitasking capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven with problem-solving skills.

Occasional international travel and flexible hours (including overtime and weekends) may be required.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete project workflow process including planning, pre-sale, post-sale, manufacturing, shipping, installation, and commissioning.
  • Maintain quality of information on all assigned projects to ensure proper communication and accurate sales projections.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Field Sales on company policies.
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting goal accomplishments promptly.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication and relationships with contractors, engineers, and sales team.
  • Assist in developing policies to address customer and project needs.
