Sales Executive Calibration Equipment & Services

About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a Sales Executive for Calibration Equipment & Services. This full-time role requires a minimum of 1 year of direct experience in calibration sales within the Saudi market. The position is based in the Eastern region, specifically covering Dammam, Al Khobar, and Riyadh, and focuses on developing and maintaining client relationships for calibration services.

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling calibration, instrumentation, electrical testing, and related technical services. This involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client interactions from inquiry to payment collection, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires a strong understanding of industrial customers and their requirements, particularly within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients for calibration services.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the industrial and Oil & Gas sectors.
• Promote and sell calibration, instrumentation, electrical testing, and related technical services.
• Conduct client visits to understand customer technical and commercial requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on RFQs, quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with technical teams to provide suitable calibration solutions to clients.
• Follow up with clients from initial inquiry through quotation, PO/order completion, invoicing, and payment collection.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Maintain an updated client database, sales pipeline, revenue reports, and sales forecasts.
• Identify potential subcontractors and suppliers when required for service execution.
• Build long-term business relationships and actively develop new accounts.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of direct experience in Calibration Sales. Candidates with only general industrial sales experience will not be considered.
• Current location or relevant market experience in Dammam, Al Khobar, or Riyadh.
• Experience dealing with industrial clients, preferably within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Manufacturing, or related sectors.
• Good understanding of calibration services and related technical requirements.
• Proven ability to generate leads, develop clients, prepare quotations, and close sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia, with primary focus on Dammam, Al Khobar, and Riyadh. The role involves regular client visits and interaction within industrial settings.
