About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Supervisor specialized in automotive oils and lubricants to lead and grow our sales activities across the Eastern Province. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong market knowledge and proven leadership in field sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and execute sales plans for lubricants and related automotive products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with workshops, retailers, and key accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to support growth strategies.
• Coach the team on product knowledge, negotiation, and customer service standards.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights for management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive lubricants/oils sales (B2B/B2C).
• Proven experience in sales supervision/team leadership.
• Strong understanding of lubricant product categories and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work on the field and manage day-to-day sales operations.
• Based in the Eastern Province or able to work there.

As an Optician you will work as part of a team delivering total satisfaction to our customers through conducting thorough eye examinations and aftercare. You’ll offer our customers recommendations to the highest professional and ethical standards. You will use your knowledge to effectively identify customer needs and recommend eyewear and eye care solutions accordingly.

In addition you will act as an ambassador for RETAIL BANNER, ensuring every customer is welcomed into the store and to ensure their expectations are exceeded throughout the customer experience. You’ll get to perform almost all store functions including opening and closing, merchandising and of course selling. As a Luxottica ambassador you will understand and bring to life the Luxottica characteristics and the Oliver Peoples culture.

Major duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
• Coach assistants to consistently deliver effective selling behaviours resulting in high customer engagement
• Examine eyes of patients of all ages in accordance with the local guidelines
• Issue prescriptions for spectacles or contact lenses (if available)
• Offer help and advice for patients choosing frames and lenses
• Liaise with other medical practitioners
• Meet sales targets with regard to selling spectacles & contact lenses
