Security Supervisor

About the Role

H&P is seeking a Security Supervisor to manage security personnel, activities, and contractors across its operations in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and is critical for ensuring the security of H&P assets and operations.

Role Context and Scope

The Security Supervisor will provide day-to-day management of security operations supporting H&P business initiatives. This includes oversight of the Dammam Base, Bahrain Camp, stack yards, housing compounds, and other locations where H&P has security exposure. The role involves close collaboration with local H&P personnel to ensure necessary security support is provided to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage security personnel, activities, and contractors across H&P locations in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
• Oversee security operations at the Dammam Base, Bahrain Camp, stack yards, and housing compounds.
• Manage and maintain the CCTV system, access control system, and other physical security equipment.
• Develop and implement security programs aimed at securing H&P assets in the field.
• Collaborate with local H&P personnel to ensure security support aligns with operational needs.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in security management or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in managing security personnel and contractors.
• Proficiency in overseeing physical security systems, including CCTV and access control.

Work Environment

This role is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region, with responsibilities extending to various H&P sites in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. The Security Supervisor will operate in a dynamic environment, ensuring the safety and security of company assets and personnel across multiple locations.
